Software License Agreement

SINGLE USER "FREE" SOFTWARE

This agreement is between Code Farms Inc. and the User receiving one or more of the following programs:

• Binary version of the Data Object Library
• Binary version of the Persistent Pointer Factory
• Source of the Pattern Template Library without the Finite State Machine class.

Code Farms retains the title and the copyright to these programs.

The User is allowed to keep multiple copies of these programs and pass their copies to acquaintances and friends with the notification that these programs are legally restricted to non-commercial projects only: for personal use, educational purposes, or for software which is distributed free.

The User, or anyone who received these programs is prohibited from distributing or selling them to general public, in particular through Internet.

The programs are licensed "as is". Code Farms is not liable for any loss or interruption of business or indirect damages of any kind, and is not obligated to repair or replace the programs for any reason. This Agreement is governed by the laws of Province of Ontario.

SOURCE LICENSES

This agreement is between Code Farms Inc. and the User, i.e. person or company receiving the software. This Agreement applies to the source of any of the following programs:

• Data Object Library
• Persistent Pointer Factory
• Pattern Template Library
  

With the exception of the low-cost one-user license, this license include one year of support. Code Farms retains the title and the copyright to these programs.

The User is allowed to compile the software on multiple platforms, with not more than the number of programmers specified in the license title using it, at any given time and in either binary or source format

The User is allowed to modify these programs for his/her internal use and/or use them on commercial projects without royalties. These programs and their source can be distributed as a part of the User's product, except for the following files which may be used only by the User:

• From DOL, zzprep, both its source and executable
• From PTL, the source of the Finite State Machine
• From PPF, the source of factory.cpp
